Mission Statement

Our goal is to provide each patient with the highest standard of care while making each visit a positive experience. Dr. Fiandaca and his team work together with each patient, from discussing your treatment options to addressing insurance needs.  

Our team is always available to speak with you, answer questions and address your concerns. During office hours, please feel free to contact us through our office phone number (847) 658-3355. If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Directions to Our Office

Fiandaca Periodontics is conveniently located in Algonquin, Illinois. We are just off of Randall Road across from the Algonquin Commons in the Briarwood Center. Enter your address in the directions finder box to receive driving directions.

 

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you to talk to the doctor and receive treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment.

We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. 

Insurance and Billing

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for services. Any portion not covered by your insurance would become your responsibility.  We do accept VISA, MasterCard, Cash and Check as forms of payment.   If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
